SEO agency in Pakistan

We help Pakistani businesses rank for the searches their buyers already make, on Google and in AI search. Technical fixes, content built on real search intent and authority that compounds every month.

  • Technical, local and e-commerce SEO
  • AI search and AEO ready
  • Monthly reports in plain English

The problem

We regularly audit sites that have paid for SEO for a year or more with little to show for it. The same problems come up again and again.

  1. 01

    Ranking for the wrong keywords

The report shows top positions, but for terms nobody searches or that bring no buyers. Traffic goes up while enquiries stay flat.

  2. 02

    Technical problems left unfixed

Slow pages, broken internal links, duplicate content and indexing errors quietly hold the whole site back, no matter how much content is added.

  3. 03

    Thin, generic content

Short pages written to hit a keyword count. Google has become very good at spotting content that does not genuinely help the reader.

  4. 04

    Low-quality backlinks

Cheap link packages from spam sites. At best they do nothing. At worst they trigger a manual action that removes you from results.

  5. 05

    No connection to sales

Nobody tracks which pages produce leads, so nobody knows whether SEO is actually paying for itself.

  6. 06

    Ignoring AI search

Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity now answer many questions directly. Sites that are not structured for them are slowly losing visibility.

Our approach

  • Technical foundationCrawlability, indexation, speed, structured data and site architecture.
  • Content and relevancePages and articles that match intent and answer real questions.
  • Authority and trustLinks, mentions, reviews and E-E-A-T signals that build credibility.

Rankings are a means to an end. The goal is more qualified people finding you, trusting you and getting in touch. So we start by understanding which services or products matter most to your business, what a lead is worth and which searches show genuine buying intent.

Then we work in three layers. First the technical foundation, so Google can crawl, render and understand every important page. Then content and on-page work matched to search intent. Then authority, through earned links, digital PR and a stronger brand footprint across the web.

Everything is tracked through Google Search Console, GA4 and, where possible, your CRM, so you can see which pages and keywords produce real enquiries.

In detail

Here is a closer look at each part of our SEO work, what it involves and why it matters. Use the contents list to jump to the areas you care about most.

01

Technical SEO

Technical SEO makes sure search engines can find, crawl, render and index your pages without friction. It is the least visible part of SEO and often the one with the biggest impact, especially on older WordPress sites and large e-commerce catalogues.

We crawl your site the way Google does, review Search Console coverage reports and check how pages render with JavaScript. Then we fix what is blocking performance.

  • Crawl errors, redirect chains and broken links
  • XML sitemaps and robots.txt
  • Canonical tags and duplicate content
  • JavaScript rendering issues
  • Mobile usability
  • HTTPS, security and mixed content
  • Pagination and faceted navigation
  • Log file analysis on larger sites
02

On-page SEO

On-page SEO is about making each page clearly relevant to the searches it targets, and genuinely useful to the people behind them. That includes title tags and meta descriptions, but it goes much further.

We look at heading structure, how well the content covers the topic, whether it answers the follow-up questions people have, how it links to related pages and whether it gives a clear next step. Small improvements across many pages often add up to a big change in traffic.

  • Title tags and meta descriptions written for clicks
  • Heading hierarchy and content structure
  • Topical coverage and semantic relevance
  • Calls to action and conversion paths
  • URL structure
03

Keyword research

Good keyword research is not a long spreadsheet of terms with search volume. It is a map of how your customers search at every stage, from "what is" questions to "best", "near me" and "price" searches that signal they are ready to buy.

In Pakistan this also means understanding Roman Urdu searches, city-level variations and the gap between what businesses call their service and what customers actually type. We group keywords by intent and assign each group to one page, so pages do not compete with each other.

04

Content strategy

Content strategy decides what to publish, in what order and why. We build topic clusters: one strong pillar page supported by focused articles that cover related questions, all linked together. This shows search engines that you cover a subject in depth.

We prioritise content by business value. A guide that attracts buyers comparing options is worth more than a viral article that attracts students. Our content writing team then produces it with real research and input from your experts.

05

Local SEO

For clinics, restaurants, law firms, showrooms, schools and service businesses, the map pack often brings more enquiries than the regular results. Local SEO is how you get there.

We optimise your Google Business Profile, fix inconsistent business listings, build city and area pages that contain genuinely local information and set up a steady way to collect reviews. For multi-branch businesses across Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and other cities, each location gets its own properly structured presence.

  • Google Business Profile optimization and posting
  • NAP consistency across directories
  • Location pages with real local content
  • Review generation and response
  • Local link building
06

E-commerce SEO

Online stores have specific SEO challenges: thousands of similar product pages, filters that create endless duplicate URLs, out-of-stock products and thin manufacturer descriptions.

We focus on category pages first, because they usually target the highest-value searches. Then we tackle product templates, faceted navigation, product schema and internal linking. We work with Shopify, WooCommerce and custom platforms.

07

International SEO

Many Pakistani businesses sell abroad: textiles, surgical instruments, sports goods, software services and more. International SEO helps you appear in the right country, in the right language, for buyers who have never heard of you.

That means choosing the right domain structure, implementing hreflang correctly, localising content for each market and building authority in the countries you are targeting.

08

Internal linking

Internal links tell search engines which pages matter most and how topics relate. They also guide visitors from an informational article to the service page that can help them.

We audit orphan pages, fix broken links, add contextual links between related content and use descriptive, natural anchor text. It is one of the fastest, lowest-cost improvements available on most sites.

09

Image SEO

Images affect both rankings and speed. Heavy, uncompressed images are one of the most common reasons Pakistani websites load slowly on mobile data.

We convert images to modern formats such as WebP and AVIF, add responsive sizes, lazy-load below-the-fold images, write descriptive alt text and file names, and make product images eligible for Google Images and Shopping surfaces.

10

Schema markup

Structured data helps search engines understand what a page is about: an organization, a product, a service, an article, a local business, an FAQ. It can make pages eligible for rich results and gives AI systems clearer facts to work with.

We implement only the schema that is accurate and relevant to each page. Spammy or misleading markup can do more harm than good.

  • Organization and LocalBusiness
  • Product, Offer and Review
  • Service
  • Article and Author
  • BreadcrumbList
  • FAQPage where eligible
11

Core Web Vitals

Core Web Vitals measure how fast your main content appears (LCP), how quickly the page responds to taps and clicks (INP) and how stable the layout is while loading (CLS). They are a ranking signal and, more importantly, they affect whether visitors stay.

We diagnose issues with field data from Search Console and lab tools, then fix them: image optimization, script cleanup, caching, font loading and, where needed, deeper changes with our web development team.

12

Content optimization

Most established sites have pages that are close to ranking well but not quite there. Updating and improving existing content is often faster than publishing new pages.

We find pages sitting on positions 5 to 20, compare them with what currently ranks, then expand, restructure and refresh them. We also merge overlapping articles that compete for the same keyword.

13

Search intent

Every search has a purpose. Someone might want to learn, compare, buy or find a specific place. If your page does not match that purpose, it will not rank for long, no matter how well optimised it is.

We check what Google already rewards for each target query, whether that is guides, product listings, local results or comparison pages, and shape our content to fit that intent while still being better than what is there.

14

Entity SEO

Search engines increasingly understand the world as entities: people, organizations, places, products and concepts, and the relationships between them. Entity SEO helps search engines clearly understand who your business is and what it is known for.

We strengthen this through consistent business information, structured data, author profiles, an accurate presence on trusted platforms and content that covers related concepts thoroughly.

15

Answer engine optimization (AEO)

AEO focuses on being the answer when a search engine or assistant answers a question directly, such as featured snippets, People Also Ask and voice results.

We structure content with clear question-based headings, concise answers near the top of each section and supporting detail below. This format happens to be easier for people to read as well.

16

Generative engine optimization (GEO)

GEO is about being cited and recommended by generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. These systems tend to draw on sources that are clear, well structured, factually specific and mentioned across reputable websites.

We work on original data and insights, clear factual statements, consistent brand mentions and content that AI systems can quote accurately. This is a fast-moving area, so we test and adjust as the platforms change.

18

Competitor analysis

We study the sites that already rank for your most valuable searches: their content, structure, backlinks, speed and how they present their offer. This shows us where you can realistically win quickly, and where you need a longer-term plan.

Often the most useful finding is a gap: questions your competitors ignore, services they do not explain well or locations they have not targeted.

19

SEO audit

Every engagement starts with an audit. It covers technical health, content quality, on-page optimization, backlink profile, local presence, competitors and tracking setup.

You receive a clear written report with each issue explained in plain language, why it matters, how much effort it takes to fix and the priority order we recommend. You can use it with us or with your own team.

Is it right for you?

Honest guidance up front saves everyone time. Here is where this service tends to work well, and where something else might serve you better.

A good fit if you are

  • Businesses that want a steady source of leads that does not stop when ad spend stops
  • Service businesses competing in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi or across Pakistan
  • E-commerce stores with large catalogues and rising ad costs
  • Exporters and B2B companies targeting buyers abroad
  • Companies willing to invest in quality content and give us access to their experts

Probably not the right fit if you are

  • Businesses that need sales in the next two weeks (start with Google Ads instead)
  • Anyone looking for guaranteed rankings or a number one position by a certain date
  • Sites that cannot make technical changes or publish new content
  • Very new businesses with no budget for content or links, in highly competitive niches

Why it matters

SEO timelines vary a lot. These are the factors that make the biggest difference, and why we are cautious about promising specific dates.

  • Competition

Ranking for "real estate Lahore" is far harder than ranking for a specialised B2B service. Competitive markets need more content, more authority and more time.

  • Your site's starting point

An established domain with some authority moves faster than a brand new site. A site with serious technical issues needs those fixed first.

  • Content quality and volume

How often you publish, how deep the content goes and whether it reflects genuine expertise.

  • Authority and links

Links and mentions from relevant, reputable websites remain one of the strongest signals.

  • Speed of implementation

Recommendations only help once they are live. Delays in approvals or development slow everything down.

  • Search engine updates

Google changes its systems regularly. Sites built on genuinely helpful content tend to benefit, while shortcuts tend to suffer.

Process

A clear process with defined milestones, so you always know what is happening and why.

  1. Step 1

    Audit and discovery

We review your site, data, competitors and goals, and agree on the services and keywords that matter most to revenue.

  2. Step 2

    Strategy and roadmap

A prioritised plan for the next three to six months covering technical fixes, content, local and authority work.

  3. Step 3

    Technical fixes

We fix the issues holding the site back first, either directly or alongside your developers.

  4. Step 4

    Content and on-page

We optimise existing pages and publish new content according to the roadmap.

  5. Step 5

    Authority building

Digital PR, relevant outreach, partnerships and local citations to earn real links and mentions.

  6. Step 6

    Reporting and refinement

Monthly reporting, quarterly strategy reviews and continuous adjustment based on results.

Avoid these

If any of these sound familiar, they are usually quick to diagnose and worth fixing first.

  • Buying cheap backlink packages

Thousands of links from irrelevant sites rarely help and can lead to penalties.

  • One page targeting every city

A single services page with a long list of city names does not rank in any of them.

  • Copying competitor content

Duplicate or lightly reworded content does not rank and damages trust in the whole site.

  • Ignoring mobile speed

Most Pakistani users browse on mobile data. A page that takes eight seconds to load loses them.

  • Changing URLs without redirects

Website redesigns that drop rankings overnight are almost always caused by missing 301 redirects.

  • Not tracking conversions

Without conversion tracking, you cannot tell which keywords or pages generate business.

Reporting and communication

Every month you receive a report written in plain language. It explains what we did, what changed, what we learned and what we plan to do next. We also include a live dashboard in Looker Studio so you can check performance at any time.

We focus on the metrics that connect to business outcomes, and we explain the context behind them, such as seasonality, algorithm updates or changes on your site.

Monthly performance reportWhat we track
  • Organic traffic to key pages
  • Leads and conversions from organic search
  • Keyword visibility by intent group
  • Map pack and local visibility
  • AI Overview citations where tracked
  • Technical health score and fixes completed
  • Content published and refreshed
  • Links and mentions earned

Industries

Examples of the businesses we work with and the angle we usually take. Your situation will shape the actual plan.

  • Real Estate

Common challenge: Long decision cycles and lots of low-intent enquiries.

Project landing pages, lead qualification and fast follow-up through WhatsApp and CRM.

  • E-commerce

Common challenge: Rising ad costs and thin margins on cash-on-delivery orders.

Product feed quality, Shopping and Meta campaigns, and category-level SEO.

  • Healthcare

Common challenge: Trust matters more than reach, and ad policies are strict.

Local SEO for clinics, doctor profile pages and compliant appointment campaigns.

  • SaaS

Common challenge: Paying for trials that never convert into subscriptions.

Intent-led SEO, comparison content and tracking that follows users past sign-up.

  • Education

Common challenge: Short, seasonal admission windows with heavy competition.

Campaign calendars around intake dates and lead nurturing for parents and students.

  • Professional Services

Common challenge: Referrals dry up and the website does not generate work.

Service pages that answer real questions and build trust before the first call.

  • Home Services

Common challenge: Urgent local searches where the first credible result wins.

Local SEO, call-focused search ads and review generation.

  • Manufacturing

Common challenge: Export buyers judge suppliers on their website before replying.

International SEO, product catalogues and B2B lead generation.

Pricing

SEO is priced on the work required, not a fixed package. A focused local SEO program for a single clinic is very different from an ongoing content and authority program for a national e-commerce brand.

Every proposal lists exactly what is included, what is not, the expected timeline and how results will be measured. Ad spend is always paid directly to the platform so you keep full control and visibility.

  • 01

    Size of the site

A 10-page service site and a 5,000-product store need different levels of technical and on-page work.

  • 02

    Competition in your market

Harder markets need more content and authority building every month.

  • 03

    Number of locations or markets

Each city or country you target adds local pages, profiles and links.

  • 04

    Content volume

How many new pages and articles you want each month, and how much research each needs.

  • 05

    Technical condition

Sites with major technical problems may need a one-off fix project before ongoing SEO begins.

FAQ

Have a question that is not covered here?

Ask us directly

How long does SEO take to work in Pakistan?

Most sites see early improvements in three to four months, especially from technical fixes and content updates. Stronger results usually come between six and twelve months. Highly competitive markets can take longer. We set realistic milestones during the audit, based on your site and competitors.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and you should be careful of anyone who does. Google controls its rankings, and they change constantly. What we can commit to is a clear strategy, transparent work and regular reporting on progress toward the goals we agree on.

What is the difference between SEO and Google Ads?

Google Ads puts you at the top of results immediately, but you pay for every click and visibility stops when the budget stops. SEO takes longer but builds traffic you do not pay for per click. Most businesses benefit from both: ads for immediate leads and testing, SEO for long-term cost efficiency. See our Google Ads management service.

Do you offer local SEO for Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi?

Yes. We optimise Google Business Profiles, build genuinely useful location pages and manage reviews and citations for businesses in all major Pakistani cities, including multi-branch businesses.

Do you build backlinks?

Yes, but only through legitimate methods such as digital PR, useful content, partnerships, industry directories and local citations. We do not buy links from private blog networks or link farms.

Will SEO work for a new website?

It can, but it takes longer because new domains have little authority. We often recommend combining SEO with paid campaigns in the first months, and focusing on less competitive, high-intent searches first.

How do you optimise for AI Overviews and ChatGPT?

We make content clear, factual and well structured, strengthen your brand's presence across trusted sites, add accurate structured data and monitor where you are cited. Nobody can guarantee AI citations, but these practices make you a far more likely source.

Do you work with sites built on WordPress, Shopify or custom platforms?

Yes. We work with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Webflow and custom builds. If changes need development work, our web development team can handle them.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

Terms are agreed in each proposal. Because SEO results build over months, we usually recommend committing to at least six months so there is time for the work to show results.

What do you need from us to get started?

Access to Google Search Console, GA4 and your website, a conversation about your goals and customers, and someone on your team who can approve content and answer questions about your services.
