Google Ads management

We build and manage Google Ads campaigns for businesses in Pakistan and abroad. The focus is simple: more qualified leads and sales for every rupee you spend, measured with tracking you can trust.

  • Search, PMax, Shopping and YouTube
  • GA4 and Tag Manager tracking
  • Weekly optimization

The problem

Google makes it easy to start spending and hard to spend well. When we audit accounts, most of the waste comes from the same handful of issues.

  1. 01

    Broken or missing conversion tracking

If Google cannot see which clicks become leads, its bidding systems optimise for the wrong thing. This is the single most common problem we find.

  2. 02

    Broad keywords with no negatives

Ads showing for "free", "jobs", "course" and unrelated searches. Every irrelevant click is budget you will not get back.

  3. 03

    Default settings left on

Search partners, display expansion and broad location targeting quietly spending on low-quality traffic.

  4. 04

    Sending traffic to the homepage

A visitor searching for a specific service lands on a generic page and leaves. The click was paid for anyway.

  5. 05

    Set and forget

Campaigns launched months ago and never reviewed. Search terms, competitors and costs have all changed since then.

  6. 06

    Judging success by clicks

Cheap clicks and high click-through rates look good in a report, but they do not pay salaries.

Our approach

  • Tracking you can trustConversions measured properly before a single rupee is scaled.
  • Structure and controlCampaigns organised by intent, margin and location.
  • Continuous testingAds, landing pages and bid strategies improved every month.

We start with the numbers that matter to your business: what a lead or sale is worth, your margins, how many enquiries your team can handle and what a sensible cost per acquisition looks like. Those numbers shape every decision that follows.

Then we fix tracking first. Every form, call, WhatsApp click and purchase is tracked through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and where possible we import offline conversions from your CRM so Google learns which leads actually became customers.

Only then do we build or restructure campaigns, with tight keyword themes, relevant ads, the right landing pages and a clear testing plan. After launch we review search terms, bids and budgets every week.

In detail

A detailed look at each part of our Google Ads management, from campaign types to the weekly work that keeps an account healthy.

01

Search campaigns

Search ads remain the backbone of most accounts because they reach people at the moment of need. Someone typing "AC repair in DHA Lahore" or "corporate lawyer Islamabad" wants help now.

We group keywords into tight themes so each ad and landing page closely matches what was searched. We use phrase and exact match where control matters, and broad match only when tracking and bidding are mature enough to support it.

02

Performance Max

Performance Max uses Google's automation to show ads across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Gmail and Maps from a single campaign. It can work very well, especially for e-commerce, but it needs good inputs.

We provide strong creative assets, audience signals from your customer data, accurate conversion values and brand exclusions where appropriate. We also monitor placement and search term insights closely, because PMax will happily spend on low-value traffic if left unchecked.

03

Display campaigns

Display ads appear on millions of websites and apps. They are useful for awareness and remarketing but can waste money fast if targeting is loose.

We use display mainly for remarketing, custom audiences built from search intent and carefully selected placements. We exclude mobile games and low-quality apps by default.

04

YouTube ads

YouTube is one of the most watched platforms in Pakistan. Video ads help people understand products that need explaining and build familiarity before someone is ready to search.

We plan video campaigns by funnel stage: short bumper ads for reach, in-stream ads for consideration and remarketing to people who already visited your site. If you need video creative, our graphic design and content teams can help with scripts and production direction.

05

Shopping ads

Shopping ads show your product image, price and store name directly in search results. For online stores they often produce the best return in the account.

Results depend heavily on the product feed. We optimise titles, descriptions, product categories, images and custom labels for margin and best sellers, and fix Merchant Center disapprovals. Well-structured feeds also improve Performance Max.

06

Remarketing

Most visitors do not convert on their first visit. Remarketing keeps you in front of them with relevant messages: a reminder about the product they viewed, a case study, a time-limited offer.

We build audiences by behaviour, such as service page visitors, cart abandoners or past customers, and cap frequency so people are reminded, not annoyed.

07

Keyword research and strategy

We research what your customers search, how much competition there is and what clicks cost. Then we prioritise keywords by commercial intent and likely profitability, not just volume.

For Pakistani markets this includes Roman Urdu variations, city and area modifiers, and the "price" and "near me" searches that often signal buying intent.

08

Negative keywords

Negative keywords stop your ads showing for irrelevant searches. They are one of the simplest ways to cut waste, yet many accounts barely use them.

We build negative lists before launch based on research, then review the search terms report every week and add new negatives as patterns appear.

09

Ad copy and testing

Good ads are specific. They mention the exact service, a real reason to choose you, and a clear next step. We write responsive search ads with distinct headlines that can be tested properly, rather than ten versions of the same sentence.

We also use assets like sitelinks, callouts, call buttons, structured snippets, images and location assets, which make ads larger and more useful.

10

Landing pages

The landing page often matters as much as the ad. A focused page that matches the search, loads quickly on mobile and makes it easy to call, WhatsApp or fill in a short form can double conversion rates compared with a generic page.

We audit existing pages and recommend changes, or design and build dedicated landing pages with our web design and web development teams.

11

Conversion tracking

Without accurate tracking, Google Ads is guesswork. We track forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks, purchases and other key actions, and assign values where possible so bidding can prioritise more valuable conversions.

We also set up enhanced conversions and, for lead generation businesses, offline conversion imports from your CRM. This lets Google learn which leads actually turned into revenue.

12

Google Analytics 4

GA4 shows what people do after they click: which pages they view, where they drop off and how paid traffic compares with organic and social. We configure events, conversions, audiences and Google Ads linking properly so the data is useful.

13

Google Tag Manager

Tag Manager lets us manage tracking without editing website code for every change. We set up clean, documented containers with consistent naming, consent handling where needed and testing before anything is published.

14

Campaign structure

Account structure decides how much control you have over budget and messaging. We separate campaigns by service or product line, by location where costs differ, and by brand versus non-brand searches.

The aim is a structure simple enough for automated bidding to learn quickly, but organised enough that you can see what is working and move budget accordingly.

15

Budget strategy

We recommend a budget based on realistic click costs, expected conversion rates and your target cost per lead. It is better to fund a few campaigns properly than spread a small budget thinly across many.

During the month we pace spend, shift budget to the campaigns producing results and pull back where performance drops.

16

Bid optimization

Google's Smart Bidding strategies, such as Maximise Conversions, Target CPA and Target ROAS, can work well once they have enough good conversion data. Before that, a more controlled approach is often better.

We choose the bid strategy by campaign maturity and data volume, set sensible targets and adjust them gradually so the algorithm does not have to relearn from scratch.

17

A/B testing

We run structured tests on ad messages, landing pages, offers and bidding strategies, using Google's experiments feature where possible. One meaningful test at a time, run long enough to give a clear answer.

18

Ongoing optimization

Weekly, we review search terms, add negatives, check budgets and pacing, pause poor performers and look for anomalies. Monthly, we review the bigger picture: campaign mix, landing pages, audiences and new opportunities.

  • Search term reviews
  • Negative keyword updates
  • Bid and budget adjustments
  • Ad and asset refreshes
  • Audience and location refinements
  • Landing page recommendations

Is it right for you?

Honest guidance up front saves everyone time. Here is where this service tends to work well, and where something else might serve you better.

A good fit if you are

  • Businesses that need leads or sales now, not in six months
  • Service businesses with clear demand on Google, such as clinics, law firms, contractors and education
  • E-commerce stores with healthy margins and a product feed
  • B2B companies targeting high-value buyers in Pakistan or abroad
  • Teams that can respond to enquiries quickly

Probably not the right fit if you are

  • Products nobody searches for yet (consider social media ads to create demand)
  • Very small budgets in highly competitive markets where clicks are expensive
  • Businesses that cannot follow up on leads within a day
  • Anyone expecting results without allowing time for testing and learning

Why it matters

Two businesses with the same budget can get completely different results. These are the factors that make the difference.

  • Tracking quality

Bidding systems are only as good as the conversion data you give them.

  • Competition and click costs

Some industries in Pakistan pay a few rupees per click, others pay many times more. That shapes what budget is realistic.

  • Landing page experience

Speed, relevance and how easy it is to take action affect both conversion rate and Quality Score.

  • Offer and pricing

Ads cannot fix an offer that is uncompetitive. Clear pricing, guarantees and proof all help.

  • Lead follow-up

Leads contacted within minutes convert far better than leads contacted the next day.

  • Budget and time

New campaigns need enough budget and a few weeks to gather data before decisions are reliable.

Process

From audit to ongoing optimization, here is what happens and when.

  1. Step 1

    Account audit

We review your existing account, tracking and landing pages, or research the market if you are starting fresh.

  2. Step 2

    Tracking setup

We set up or fix GA4, Tag Manager and conversion tracking, and verify everything fires correctly.

  3. Step 3

    Strategy and structure

Campaign types, keyword themes, budgets, locations, bid strategy and KPIs, agreed with you before launch.

  4. Step 4

    Build and launch

Campaigns, ads, assets, audiences and negatives built carefully, then launched with close monitoring.

  5. Step 5

    Weekly optimization

Search terms, bids, budgets and ads reviewed and improved every week.

  6. Step 6

    Monthly review

A clear report and call covering results, learnings and the plan for next month.

Avoid these

These cost Pakistani businesses a lot of money every month, and most are easy to fix.

  • Using Smart campaigns or default settings

Simplified campaign types limit control and often hide where the money goes.

  • Tracking page views as conversions

Counting a thank-you page that loads twice, or a page visit, inflates results and misleads bidding.

  • One ad group for everything

Mixing services in one ad group makes ads generic and landing pages irrelevant.

  • Ignoring the search terms report

This is where you find the irrelevant searches eating your budget.

  • Changing too much, too often

Constant edits reset automated bidding and make it impossible to learn what works.

  • No call or WhatsApp option

Many Pakistani customers prefer to call or message rather than fill in a form.

Reporting and communication

You get a live dashboard and a monthly written report. We explain what happened, why, and what we are changing. You always have full admin access to your own Google Ads account, and ad spend is billed directly to you by Google.

Pricing

Management fees and ad spend are separate. You pay Google directly for clicks, and our fee covers strategy, setup, management and reporting. The fee depends on the complexity of the work, not just the size of your budget.

Every proposal lists exactly what is included, what is not, the expected timeline and how results will be measured. Ad spend is always paid directly to the platform so you keep full control and visibility.

  • 01

    Monthly ad spend

Larger budgets need more campaigns, testing and monitoring.

  • 02

    Number of campaigns and markets

Multiple services, cities or countries add structure and reporting work.

  • 03

    Campaign types

Shopping feeds, video and PMax add setup and optimization effort.

  • 04

    Tracking complexity

CRM integration and offline conversions take more initial setup.

  • 05

Whether we use existing pages or design and build new ones.

  • 06

    Account condition

Restructuring a messy account takes more work than starting fresh.

FAQ

Have a question that is not covered here?

Ask us directly

How much should I spend on Google Ads in Pakistan?

It depends on click costs in your industry, your target cost per lead and how many leads you need. We estimate a realistic starting budget during the audit using keyword data. It is usually better to start with a focused campaign that is properly funded than to spread a small budget too thinly.

How quickly will I see results?

Ads can start producing leads within days of launch. Performance usually improves significantly over the first four to eight weeks as we gather data, refine keywords and optimise bidding.

Do I pay Google directly?

Yes. Ad spend is billed by Google to your own payment method. Our management fee is separate. This keeps everything transparent and means you always own your account and data.

Can you take over our existing account?

Yes. We start with an audit to understand what is working and what is not. We keep the account history, because it has value for bidding, and restructure gradually where needed.

Should I use Google Ads or Facebook Ads?

Google Ads captures existing demand from people searching. Facebook and Instagram ads create demand by reaching people who are not searching yet. Many businesses use both. Our guide on Google Ads vs Facebook Ads goes into more detail.

Is Performance Max right for my business?

Performance Max often works well for e-commerce and businesses with solid conversion tracking and enough data. For lead generation, we usually prove results with Search campaigns first and then test PMax carefully.

Do you build landing pages?

Yes. We can recommend changes to your existing pages or design and build dedicated landing pages that match your campaigns. See our web design service.

Can you run ads for international markets?

Yes. We run campaigns targeting the Gulf, UK, US and other markets for Pakistani exporters, software companies and service providers.
