Digital marketing agency, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia is young, mobile, proud of its identity and changing fast. We build Arabic-first campaigns on Snapchat, TikTok, X and Google, with websites and automation that turn that attention into enquiries and sales across the Kingdom.

馃嚫馃嚘 Saudi Arabia

We serve Saudi clients from our Dubai office, one hour ahead, through video calls, WhatsApp and shared dashboards.

Business professional on a laptop

In less than a decade, Saudi Arabia has opened cinemas, concerts, tourism and a huge entertainment economy, and its young population has moved online faster than almost anywhere. Brands that were happy with billboards and distributors now need a digital presence that can compete with regional and global names.

This is an Arabic-first market. English works for some B2B and expat audiences, but most consumers search, scroll and buy in Arabic, and they notice quickly when copy has been translated by someone who has never lived here. Saudi dialect, humour and references make a measurable difference.

We work with retailers, restaurants and cafes, clinics, real estate developers, education providers and B2B companies across the Kingdom, as well as regional and international brands launching or growing in KSA.

Market insight

01

Snapchat is mainstream, not niche. Saudi Arabia is one of Snapchat鈥檚 most engaged markets in the world, and it reaches families, professionals and teenagers alike. Many Saudi brands get cheaper, more engaged reach there than on Meta. X is still a real-time public square, and TikTok has become a major discovery engine.

02

Payday shapes the month. Many salaries land around the 27th of the month, and spending visibly rises in the days after. Retail and e-commerce campaigns often perform better when budgets follow that rhythm.

03

Vision 2030 is changing whole categories. Tourism, entertainment, sport, fitness, women-led businesses, coffee culture and home-grown brands have exploded. New categories mean less established competition, if you move early and build trust.

04

Local identity matters. Saudi consumers increasingly favour brands that feel Saudi, from dialect and humour to local faces and support for national occasions. Generic Gulf creative often underperforms.

Data protection and advertising rules in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia鈥檚 Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), overseen by SDAIA, is now fully in force. It sets rules on consent, purpose limitation, cross-border transfers and data subject rights. We set up forms, tracking and CRM workflows with those requirements in mind and keep data collection to what you actually need.

Advertising has its own requirements. Paid creator and influencer content falls under the General Authority for Media Regulation鈥檚 licensing rules, food, cosmetics, supplements and medical products may need SFDA approvals, and healthcare and financial services have sector regulators. We check claims, licences and landing pages before launch.

Seasonality

The Saudi year has big national moments, a long entertainment season and a monthly payday rhythm. We plan creative and budgets around all three.

  1. Moves each year

    Ramadan and Eid ul-Fitr

The biggest season for food, retail and media. Late-night engagement is high and creative must fit the mood.

  2. Moves each year

    Hajj and Eid ul-Adha

Travel, hospitality and gifting rise, especially in Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah.

  3. 22 February

    Founding Day

Heritage-themed campaigns and promotions celebrating the Kingdom鈥檚 origins.

  4. 23 September

    Saudi National Day

One of the busiest retail and brand moments of the year. Green creative and national offers everywhere.

  5. Autumn to spring

    Riyadh Season and winter events

Entertainment, dining and tourism campaigns compete for a huge event audience.

  6. Late November

    White Friday

Major e-commerce sales across electronics, fashion and beauty.

  7. Around the 27th

    Monthly payday

Spending lifts after salaries land, so retail budgets often follow the payday cycle.

Working together

Arabic first, measured carefully and built for a fast-changing market.

  • Native Saudi Arabic

Copy and scripts written by Arabic speakers who understand Saudi dialect and culture.

  • A Gulf office next door

Our Dubai office is one hour ahead of Riyadh, and we plan meetings around the Sunday to Thursday week.

  • Results in riyals

Cost per lead, order and booking reported in SAR, tied to your sales data.

  • Rules checked early

PDPL, GAMR licensing and product approvals reviewed before campaigns launch.

Common challenges

Common frustrations we hear from brands across the Kingdom.

  • 01

    Translated, not Saudi

Copy written in formal or non-Saudi Arabic feels foreign. Customers scroll past it.

  • 02

    Snapchat left untested

Many agencies default to Meta and miss the platform where Saudi audiences are most engaged.

  • 03

    Influencer spend without tracking

Big creator budgets with no codes, links or measurement, so nobody knows what worked.

  • 04

    Regulation catching up fast

New data, advertising and licensing rules require campaigns to be checked more carefully than before.

FAQ

Have a question that is not covered here?

Ask us directly

How much does digital marketing cost in Saudi Arabia?

It depends on the channels, cities, languages and volume of content you need. Ad spend is separate from management fees. We provide a fixed-scope proposal after a short discovery call, priced in SAR or USD.

Do you write in Saudi Arabic or Modern Standard Arabic?

Both. Formal website pages and B2B content often use Modern Standard Arabic, while social posts and ads usually work better in a lighter Saudi tone. We choose per channel and test.

Do you work with influencers in Saudi Arabia?

Yes, as part of wider campaigns. We plan creator content within the media regulator鈥檚 licensing requirements and track each creator鈥檚 results with codes, links and platform data.

Can you help a brand launching in Saudi Arabia for the first time?

Yes. We help regional and international brands with market research, Arabic positioning, website localisation and launch campaigns in the Kingdom.

Do you work outside Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam?

Yes. We work with businesses in Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Abha, Tabuk, Al Ahsa and across the Kingdom. Most work is delivered remotely.

Is your tracking compliant with Saudi data protection law?

We design tracking, forms and CRM workflows with the PDPL in mind, including consent and data minimisation. For legal certainty on your specific situation, we recommend confirming with your legal adviser.

Our process

Seven steps in four phases, the same for every client, whether you are a single clinic or a national brand.

  1. Discover
    Step 01

    Discovery

A conversation about your business, goals, customers, margins and what you have tried before. We also get access to your analytics, ad accounts and website so we can see the real numbers.

  2. Step 02

    Research

Competitor analysis, keyword and audience research, a technical review of your site and a look at how your current channels perform. This usually takes one to two weeks.

  3. Plan
    Step 03

    Strategy

A written plan covering priorities, channels, budget split, timelines and the KPIs we will be measured on. You approve it before anything goes live.

  4. Build
    Step 04

    Execution

Tracking setup, website fixes, content production, campaign builds and creative. You get a shared timeline so you always know what is in progress.

  5. Step 05

    Launch

Campaigns and pages go live in a controlled way, with tracking verified first. We watch the first days closely and fix issues fast.

  6. Grow
    Step 06

    Measurement

Weekly checks and a monthly report that ties marketing activity to leads, sales and cost. No vanity metrics without context.

  7. Step 07

    Optimization

We double down on what works, fix or cut what does not and test new ideas each month. Growth comes from this loop, repeated consistently.

Cities

Each city has its own competition, neighbourhoods and buying habits. Choose a city for local insight and services, or talk to us about a Saudi Arabia-wide plan.
