Digital marketing agency, United Arab Emirates
An Emirati family, an Indian engineer, a British expat and a Filipino nurse can all be standing in the same Dubai mall, and each will search, scroll and decide differently. We build bilingual campaigns, websites and automation that reach the customers who actually buy from you.

🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates
Our UAE office is in Dubai, and we work with businesses across all seven emirates.

The UAE has one of the highest internet and smartphone penetration rates in the world, and its residents are used to polished brands. They order groceries in fifteen minutes, book clinics on an app and expect a reply on WhatsApp while they are still in the car. Average is noticed quickly here, and forgotten just as fast.
The audience is also unusually mixed. Around nine in ten residents are expatriates, so a single campaign might need English, Arabic, Hindi or Russian creative, and a different offer for a short-stay professional than for a family that has lived in Sharjah for twenty years.
We work with UAE real estate developers and brokers, clinics, restaurants, e-commerce brands, B2B firms in the free zones and international companies entering the Gulf for the first time. The common thread is simple: spend in dirhams, report in dirhams and judge everything by what it brings back.

Market insight
High budgets and high expectations, in a country where the audience changes every few years.
Click costs are high and so is the ceiling. In real estate, legal, finance and healthcare, a single Google Ads click in the UAE can cost more than a whole lead in other markets. That is fine when the customer is worth it, but it punishes sloppy campaigns. Tracking, negative keywords and lead qualification are not optional.
Audiences churn. People arrive, change jobs and leave. Brand awareness built three years ago may have moved to another country, so most businesses need a steady flow of new-audience campaigns alongside remarketing.
Bilingual is a trust signal. English carries most commercial search, but an Arabic version of your site and ads shows Emirati and Arab customers that you take them seriously. It also helps in Google for the many Arabic searches that face little competition.
Mobile and premium go together. UAE users browse on the latest phones and fast 5G, so they expect sites that look and feel premium. A slow or dated landing page wastes expensive clicks.
Advertising rules and data protection in the UAE
Personal data is covered by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), with separate regimes inside DIFC and ADGM. We build forms with clear consent, keep data access tight and set up tracking that respects users’ choices.
Several categories need permits before advertising. Dubai property ads need a Trakheesi permit number, healthcare ads need approval from the relevant health authority such as DHA or DoH, and paid influencer and creator content falls under the UAE Media Council’s advertiser rules. Content must also respect local values and laws on public decency. We check all of this before launch, so campaigns are not rejected or taken down.
Seasonality
The year in the UAE runs on a few big moments and one long, hot summer. We build plans around them, not against them.
- Moves each year
Ramadan and Eid ul-Fitr
Evening browsing peaks after iftar, ad costs rise and tone matters. Gifting, food and retail spike before Eid.
- December to January
Dubai Shopping Festival
Retail, hospitality and events compete for a city-wide audience of residents and tourists.
- Late November
White Friday and 11.11
Marketplace sales reset price expectations for electronics, fashion and beauty.
- October
GITEX and event season
B2B tech, enterprise and startup marketing clusters around big exhibitions.
- 2 December
Eid Al Etihad (National Day)
National pride campaigns, long weekend travel and retail promotions.
- July to August
Summer slowdown
Many residents travel. Demand falls for some sectors and rises for indoor, delivery and travel brands.
- August to September
Back to school
Schools, uniforms, electronics and family services peak as families return.
Working together
Built for a market that moves quickly and expects polish.
Bilingual by default
English and Arabic planned together, written by native speakers, not machine translated at the end.

Common challenges
We hear these in almost every first call, from Dubai Marina to Mussafah.
- 01
Expensive leads that never answer
High-CPC campaigns produce form fills from people who were browsing. Qualification and speed to lead decide profitability.
- 02
Agencies that only speak English
Arabic is often an afterthought, translated at the end, and Arab customers notice.
- 03
Portals take the best traffic
Property Finder, Bayut, Talabat and Noon sit on top of many searches. Owning your own demand takes deliberate work.
- 04
Compliance surprises
Property permits, health ad approvals and influencer licences can stop a campaign mid-flight if ignored.
Our process
Seven steps in four phases, the same for every client, whether you are a single clinic or a national brand.
- DiscoverStep 01
Discovery
A conversation about your business, goals, customers, margins and what you have tried before. We also get access to your analytics, ad accounts and website so we can see the real numbers.
- Step 02
Research
Competitor analysis, keyword and audience research, a technical review of your site and a look at how your current channels perform. This usually takes one to two weeks.
- PlanStep 03
Strategy
A written plan covering priorities, channels, budget split, timelines and the KPIs we will be measured on. You approve it before anything goes live.
- BuildStep 04
Execution
Tracking setup, website fixes, content production, campaign builds and creative. You get a shared timeline so you always know what is in progress.
- Step 05
Launch
Campaigns and pages go live in a controlled way, with tracking verified first. We watch the first days closely and fix issues fast.
- GrowStep 06
Measurement
Weekly checks and a monthly report that ties marketing activity to leads, sales and cost. No vanity metrics without context.
- Step 07
Optimization
We double down on what works, fix or cut what does not and test new ideas each month. Growth comes from this loop, repeated consistently.
FAQ
Have a question that is not covered here?
Ask us directlyHow much does a digital marketing agency cost in the UAE?
It depends on the services, the number of emirates and languages, the competition in your sector and how much content and ad management you need. Ad spend is always separate from our fees. We send a fixed-scope proposal in AED after a short discovery call.
Do you create Arabic content and campaigns?
Yes. Arabic copy, ads, websites and social content are created by native speakers alongside the English versions, not translated at the end.
Do you work with free zone and mainland companies?
Yes. We work with companies in DIFC, ADGM, DMCC, Dubai Silicon Oasis and other free zones as well as mainland businesses across all seven emirates.
Can you help with property advertising permits?
We make sure every Dubai property campaign carries the required Trakheesi permit details and follows RERA advertising rules. Your brokerage or developer obtains the permit, and we build it into the ads and landing pages.
Do you work outside Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?
Yes. We also work with businesses in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, and with brands targeting the wider GCC from the UAE.
Can we meet in person?
Most work runs over video calls, WhatsApp and shared dashboards. In-person workshops can be arranged for key milestones. Contact us to discuss what works for your team.
